PGS Merges with SRG, expanding global delivery, language capability and marquee clientele

MANILA, PHILIPPINES - April 8, 2014

PGSBPO Pte. Ltd. (“PGS”) leading provider of business process outsourcing services, today announced their merger with SRG Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd (“SRG”). SRG provides inbound and outbound contact center services for Asia-based clients from its two centers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

SRG, which will continue to operate under that name short term, is now a wholly owned subsidiary of PGS.
